School food, served with flavour.

The LACA School Food Show brings together the people who run school catering across the UK. Premier Foods wanted to show them how its foodservice brands – Sharwood’s, Homepride and McDougalls – make it easy to serve nutritious, school-compliant meals. The stand needed to work as a real kitchen, with live cooking and sampling running throughout the show.

We designed and built a working kitchen stand, zoned by brand. A Sharwood’s and Homepride sauce station with a heated servery, oven and hob sat against a slatted timber wall, next to a bright McDougalls jelly zone with a chilled display and a bold “No added sugar” feature wall. Butcher-block counters wrapped in food photography, an illuminated Premier Foods header and poseur tables for tasting pulled it together – and a “Get Saucy / Are you ready for this jelly?” game counter kept visitors coming back.
